Carrefour is aiming to position its brand as one of the leaders in the food transition in Belgium. Since 2020, Voice has been implementing an influencer marketing strategy for the supermarket chain. The teams have succeeded in creating a community of ambassadors/influencers who have a genuine interest in Carrefour products and services and share the same values. Through their Instagram accounts, they share their experiences with the services (Drive, ShipTo) and products with their engaged, mostly Belgian audience, and share opinions on the company’s various commitments, achievements, actions and partnerships, in a creative and authentic way.
